Easy Vegan Smoothies

I do believe in indulging occasionally, but when your indulgence can also give your body a healthy boost, why not?! These are my favorite smoothies because they do just that – they fill my body with vitamins and nutrients, and they’re simply delicious.

Revitalizing Vitamin C Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for days when you feel like you need an extra boost to get through the day ahead. Packed with vitamin C, this drink will not only revitalize you from the inside out, it will brighten up tired and dull skin. This is my go-to smoothie when I need a pick-me-up.

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks

  • 1 orange

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Calming Banana Smoothie

When my stomach is upset after a week of less-than-nutritous meals, this smoothie is my favorite. The mellow taste of the banana is perfect for calming nerves and nausea. Bananas are packed with potassium which are great for stomach aches and keeping you hydrated.

  • 1 Fresh Banana

  • 1 Frozen Banana (I find that adding 1 fresh, 1 frozen makes the perfect flavor and texture)

  •  1 Cup of Almond Milk

  • 1/4 TSP Vanilla Extract

Morning Coffee Shake

This is probably my favorite shake to have for breakfast right now… It’s delicious and has just the right amount of caffeine to wake me up, and protein to hold me over until lunch!

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 Cup of cold-brew coffee

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)

  • 1/2 Tsp of Agave Nectar

  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla (if you used unflavored protein powder)
